Electrical

• Design power converters which include power train (linear and switch mode) and signal processing circuitry (discrete, ASIC, or MicroController)
• Design and analyze PCB layouts using CAD software (OrCAD, Pspice) to IPC and industry standards
• Analyze and optimize electrical designs for EMC, ESD, and heat transfer (performance to GMW 3097 and GMW3100 series specification requirements)
• Specification and selection of electrical components for automotive specific applications
• Extensive experience with component and assembly failure analysis
